ME5301是一款带AB类/D类工作模式切换功能、超低EMI、无需滤波器、5W单声道音频功放。通过CTRL管脚使芯片在AB类或者D类工作模式之间切换，以匹配不同的应用环境。即使工作在D类模式，ME5301采用 先进的技术，在全带宽范围内极大地降低了EMI干扰，大限度地减少对其他部件的影响。ME5301无需滤波器的PWM调制结构及反馈电阻内置方式减少了外部元件、PCB面积和系统成本。ME5301内置过流保护、过热保护及欠压保护功能，有效地保护芯片在异常工作状况下不被损坏。并且利用扩频技术充分优化全新电路设计,高达90%的效率更加适合便携式音频产品。ME5301提供ESOP8封装,额定的工作温度范围为-40C至85C。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
