ME8206是一个电流模式准谐振PWM控制器，在85V-265V的宽电压范围内提供高达100W的输出功率 在大范围的负载和输入电压变化情况下确保谷底电压导通。 ME8206采用高压启动设计，芯片直接连接到高压，以提供芯片启动所需电流，并在启动后关闭，以降低待机 功耗;另外在轻载时进入跳周期模式，在更轻载时进入突发模式从而实现了在全输入电压时小于100mW的待机 空耗，并且使进入20KHz以下的音频区的范围小化， 以保证在正常工作状态无异音。芯片内部的7.5uS计时器 限制了开关频率小于120KHz(低于CISPR-22EMI中的150KHz限制),可以有效简化EMI设计。ME8206拥有完善的保护功能,包括过流保护(OCP)过载保护(OLP)，欠压锁定(UVLO)，过压 保护(OVP)，过温保护(OTP)等，以确保系统可靠的 工作。

The LY73XX series is a set of three-terminal, low power, high voltage regulators implemented in CMOS ogy. The series features extremely low quiescent cur-technol-rent which is typically 4uμA. They high as 12V. The device provides large current with aallow input voltages as significantly small dropout voltage.
The LY73XX consists of a high-precision voltage refer- ence, an error correction circuit, and a current limnited output driver. They are available with several fixed out-put voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. CMOS technol-ogy ensures low dropout voltage and low current consumption. Although designed primarily as fixed volt-age regulators, these devices can be used with external components to generate variable voltages and currents.
