The SE5509 series of fixed output low dropoutlinear regulators are designed for portable batterypoweredapplications，which require low powerconsumption，low noise environment, and lowdropout voltage. Each device contains a bandgapvoltage reference， an error amplifier, a PMOSpower transistor, and resistors for setting outputvoltage，and current limit and temperature limitprotection circuits.The SE5509 has been designed to be usedwith low cost capacitors and requires a minimumoutput capacitor of 1.0μF. The output voltagesrange from 1.3V to 4.4V in 100mV increments.Standard voltage versions are 3.0,and 3.3V. 特点
