经维修工程师检查,初始分析是对的,即一再熔断,驱动器肯定存在某一不正常的大电流,并检查出一功率管损坏。但对该管的作用没有弄清楚。实际上该管为步进电机电源驱动管,步进电机为高压起动,因而要承受高压大电流。静态检查,发觉脉冲环形分配器的线路中,其电源到地端的阻值很小,但也没有短路。根据线路中的元器件数量及其功耗分析电源到地端的阻值不应如此之小,因此怀疑线路中已有元器件损坏。
通电检查,发现一芯片异常发热。断电后将该芯片的电源引脚切断,静态检查,电源到地的阻置增大应属正常。测该芯片的电源到地的阻值很小。查该芯片的型号,为一非标型号,众多手册中没有查到。经线路分析,确认其为该板中的主要元件:环形脉冲分配器。

该体系具有安全无毒,反应活性稳定、易带电,储存稳定性好,用量少等优点,缺点是易泛黄,易产生针孔。[NT:PAGE]2.1.2丙烯酸体系丙烯酸粉末涂料的主要优点:由于丙烯酸树脂色浅,可配制透明和鲜艳的浅色,且涂膜光亮、丰满、硬度高,不易划伤,耐污染性好,优异的保光保色性,有非常漂亮的外观。它的主要缺点是其价格偏高,涂膜的冲击性能较差,与其它粉末涂料体系相溶性差。但其耐候性级别与聚酯/TGIC体系几乎一样。3聚氨酯体系聚氨酯是一种含甲酸酯键的聚合物,聚氨酯粉末涂料是由聚酯、封闭型多氰酯、颜填料及助剂等组成的热固性粉末涂料。聚氨酯粉末涂料具有优良品质的涂膜、的性能,已经在建材外用部件和空调器等家电领域获得了广泛的应用,在我国,聚氨酯粉末涂料的性能正在被人们所认识,所占的比例会逐步增加。其户外爆晒性和物理机械性能均可与纯聚酯/TGIC粉末涂料相媲美。目前,国内粉末涂料厂家很少选用此类型的粉末涂料,除固化剂价格昂贵外,此类型的粉末涂料还存在如下的缺点:在固化成膜过程中,要释放封闭剂,造成烘烤环境的空气污染,气味难闻;涂膜不宜过厚,否则易使涂膜产生针孔、气泡等毛病;烘烤固化温度高。4氟树脂体系氟树脂粉末涂料作为建筑外装饰用涂料,用于高层和超高层建筑物,具有的耐光和耐化学品的性能,不但具有抗污染性,还具有自清洁能力,可数年保持光洁如新的涂膜。热固性氟树脂粉末涂料制得的涂料的储存稳定性好,涂膜的物理力学性能好,可通过体系内各组分的合理匹配很好的平衡涂膜的柔韧性、硬度、附着力等性能,涂膜的耐酸雨、臭氧、紫外线、化学药品性能特优,是粉末涂料中耐候性的品种。其缺点是生产过程中颜料分散差,涂层表面光泽低,须高温烘烤,故使应用受到了限制。

液压隔膜计量泵也叫柱塞隔膜计量泵,柱塞隔膜计量泵是由驱动齿轮2带动中空柱塞1往复运动,并通过中空柱塞1中的液压油驱动计量膜片。中空柱塞上有一个特殊设计的调节空,使柱塞内外的液压油相同。柱塞外面套有一可调节的用来关闭调节空的滑环。当调节孔关闭时,柱塞推动里面的液压油来驱动计量膜片6。在每个行程中,被柱塞推动来驱动计量隔膜的液压油的量,正好等于被计量的介质的量。液压隔膜式计量泵由泵头,隔膜,单向阀,阀球等部件组成。
