用空气搅拌时,对流快。但不适于所有溶液,而且通常溶液在不工作时不开空气搅拌(如单班制生产对镀液提前加热时)。加热器布置方式L形底部加热的,溶液上下自然对流较好;槽侧加热的,对流差,有时表层液温已很高,底层液温却很低,上下温差大;电加热器上部易过热。电加热器制作好坏当对螺旋式电加热丝密绕后拉开间距不均匀时,过密一段的表面功率偏大,即表面功率不均匀,电热丝间距小处易过热烧断。电加热器内部绝缘用填充料导热性不良时,实际表面功率偏小,内部电热丝却过热,也易损坏。

我们知道,变频器需要调节的参数很多,然而基频的调节特变重要,他直接关系到V/F曲线的特性。基频调节不当,会造成过电压、欠电压、过流等,影响安全生产。基频以下,变频器的输出电压随输出频率的变化而变化,V/F=常数,适合恒转矩负载特性;基频以上,变频器的输出电压维持电源额定电压不变,适合恒功率负载特性。如果基频设置过高,容易造成过载;基频设置过低,容易造成过电流。现在以一台AC380V、50He电机为例进行说明,此台电机采用恒压频比控制时,压频比为380/50=7.6。当我们把基频设为40 He时,380/40=9.5,这样,压频比增加,电机励磁过饱和,电机发热严重,会烧坏电机。当我们把基频设为60He时,380/60=6.3这样,压频比减少,电机欠磁,电机转矩减少,不利于生产。所以我们在调节基频时,一定注意,防止意外发生。

外观难以区分重量有差别锻造轮毂和铸造轮毂在外观上几乎无法分别,只是在金属特性上有较大差别,锻造轮毂的韧性,抗冲击力,强度,承载能力相对铸造轮毂更高,两者在散热性能上没有太大的差别。但是铸造轮毂普遍要比锻造轮毂重2%左右。编后语虽然铸造铝合金轮毂和锻造铝合金轮毂对比有些许差别,但用工艺生产的铸造轮合金轮毂的性能性能已经很接近锻造轮毂,卡友们可根据自己的车辆工况选择合适自己的铝合金轮毂,但要谨防一些无良商家用铸造轮毂冒充锻造轮毂销售。
