(3)齿轮表面损伤故障。
①齿面磨损。齿轮由于齿面剥落、拉伤等缺陷发展到一定程度时,齿轮每转I圈就会相互撞击1次,产生明显的冲击现象。每一次撞击相当于I个脉冲激励,脉冲响应函数为齿轮固有的衰减振动,从而构成了周期性较高频率的冲击振动信号,循环周期就是轴的旋转周期,衰减振动频率就是齿轮的固有频率。
②齿面点蚀、崩齿。齿轮在啮合过程中,尤其是因为齿轮磨损、齿隙增大时都会产生啮合振动,振动频率为齿轮啮合频率。例如:某点出现缺陷(如点蚀、崩齿)时.齿轮啮合过程中产生短期的“加载”、“卸载”效应,产生幅值调整和频率调整信号,其在频域上表现为以啮合频率为中心,以轴的旋转频率为间距的一组谱线,即边频带。
