(1)HⅤ低温液压油主要用于寒区或温度变化范围较大和工作条件苛刻的工程机械、引进设备和车辆的中压或高压液压系统。如数控机床、电缆井泵.以及船舶起重机、挖掘机、大型吊车等液压系统。使用温度在一30'C以上。
(2)HS低温液压油主要用于严寒地区上述各种设备。使用温度为一30'C以下。
质量要求 :
(1)适宜的粘度。 (2)良好的极压抗磨性能。 (3)优良的低温性能,倾点较低,能保证工程机械或设备在寒区或严寒区环境下易于启动和正常运转。 (4)优良的粘温性能,粘度指数均在130以上,保证液压设备在温度变化幅度较大的情况下得到良好的润滑、冷却和密封。 (5)良好的抗乳化性和防锈性能。 (6)良好的氧化安定性、水解安定性和热稳定性能。
注意事项:
