3、低转矩波动
在直接驱动方式中,电动机输出转矩的波动被直接传递到负载,有时会产生意想不到的振动、导致控制性能降低。特别是低速驱动时的速度波动和转矩控制时的误差,一般都与电动机的转矩波动有关。
4、线性特性好
速度与转矩间的线性特性以及转矩与输入电流间的线性特性是决定控制和使用容易程度的重要特性。尽管电动机本身具有较高的非线性,但是可以通过在功率放大器中采用各种补偿措施加以改善,或在电动机的结构上进行深入研究,以改善其线性特性。
5、率、低发热
对于直接驱动系统而言,希望消耗少的电能,尽可能获得大的输出转矩,这样也是为公司节源的有效办法。与阻抗匹配的电动机(传统驱动方式)相比,直接驱动电动机有时是在电能效率较差的条件下工作的,因此,为保证系统的控制精度,需要提高伺服电机的效率,伺服电机的温升。
