4、发热带来的影响:
电机发热虽然一般不会影响电机的寿命,对大多数客户没必要理会。但是严重时会带来一些负面影响。如电机内部各部分热膨胀系数不同导致结构应力的变化和内部气隙的微小变化,会影响电机的动态响应,高速会容易失步。又如有些场合不允许电机的过度发热,如器械和高精度的测试设备等。因此对电机的发热应当进行必要的控制。
5、如何减少电机的发热:
减少发热,就是减少铜损和铁损。 减少铜损有两个方向,减少电阻和电流,这就要求在选型时尽量选择电阻小和额定电流小的电机,对两相电机,能用串联的电机就不用并联电机。但是这往往与力矩和高速的要求相抵触。对于已经选定的电机,则应充分利用驱动器的自动半流控制功能和脱机功能,前者在电机处于静态时自动减少电流,后者干脆将电流切断。另外,细分驱动器由于电流波形接近正弦,谐波少,电机发热也会较少。 减少铁损的办法不多,电压等级与之有关,高压驱动的电机虽然会带来高速特性的提升,但也带来发热的增加。所以应当选择合适的驱动电压等级,兼顾高速性,平稳性和发热,噪音等指标。

要提高双层镍铁一铬组合镀层的防锈性,还应严格控制工艺和加强工艺管理[5]。镀前磨光的控制磨光后粗糙度在3.2m(▽6)的表面上镀双层镍铁合金/铬后盐雾试验出现不小于lmm2锈点,粗糙度在.8m(▽8)的表面上在同等工艺条件下镀后则不出现锈斑,可见磨光要求粗糙度在.8m以上。添加剂的选择不论是单一光亮剂还是商品化组合添加剂都应选择定点专业厂生产的,每批添加剂应先用赫尔槽试验,与样板对比,检查试样的防锈性是否符合要求,方可投入使用。白班原因:砂皮沾水打磨(水砂)后底材或漆膜上有脏手印。水砂后,底材或漆膜已干,但底材微孔内还有水分。预防:水砂后涂装前保证底材或漆膜表面清洁。水砂后应充分干燥去水。考虑采用干砂工艺。处理方法:除去问题漆膜,干燥打磨后重涂。砂痕印原因:因配比不当造成层间附着力差和漆膜柔韧性差。重涂间隔时间过长。预防:严格按照规定比例配漆。重涂间隔不宜过长。脱漆至底材表面,清洁后严格按照规定重涂。颗粒原因:涂装环境比较脏。
