直击智能卫浴品牌,双高之下,企业如何解压?211年8月17日,笔者走访了以生产智能化卫浴产品为主的欧路莎品牌。欧路莎总经理梅素彬向笔者表述了他对卫浴企业的发展观点,并向笔者透露,最为已发展近1年有余的欧路莎,虽然产品线囊括了电脑蒸汽淋浴房、桑拿房、简易淋浴房、按摩浴缸、智能座便器、浴室家私、陶瓷洁具、五金龙头等各个产业,也享有一定的声誉。真正面对市场也会明显感觉压力很大。智能卫浴是目前卫浴品牌今后主攻的一个方向,但是目前市场对智能卫浴的需求,并没有卫浴品牌企业和专业人士想象的那样前景广阔。

步进电机电磁转换过程的原理还有一些细节值得关注。
首先,为了增大磁感应强度并减少涡轮损失,步进电机的转子和定子框架都是由高磁导率的硅钢片叠成。在定子框架上有若干个定子齿,将其绕上两组线圈并通电后,这些线圈就会变成电磁铁。根据右手定则,一端会变成N极一端会变成S极,这种极性的变化可以通过改变电源的正负极来实现转换。
然后,将电源的正负极转换加上一定的规律性,定子部分就会形成一个旋转的磁场,这样转子就会随着旋转的磁场而转动。转子的转动有一个很重要的参数,那就是步距角。步距角就是一个脉冲信号转子转过的角度,其计算公式为:360度除以括号转子齿数乘以运行拍数(永磁体齿数可以认为为1)。
另外,步进电机并不能直接接电源工作,因为步进电机的是通过脉冲信号来控制器工作的,因此步进电机的工作需要驱动器来控制。驱动方式有三种:满步、半步以及微步驱动。满步驱动又分为单相满步驱动和双相满步驱动两种。半步驱动就是一次只驱动半个步距,它是通过单双电交替通电实现的。当单相通电时,一个线圈产生磁场,转子指向通电的线圈,而当双相通电时,两个线圈都产生磁场,合成的磁场使转子处于中间位置。微步驱动是通过改变电流的大小,线圈磁场的强度也会随之变化,转子的平衡位置也会发生变化。

异(prEN779:21)超细KCl(ASHRAE52.2附录J)烟尘纳米微粒(Sootnanoparticle)除了EN779和ASHRAE测试,还应用了烟尘纳米微粒对过滤介质进行试验,因为烟尘的放电效果已经在ASHRAE研究项目1189和119中论证过。之所以研究该问题,是因为在全世界的城市环境中都普遍存在着烟尘颗粒,它们是由柴油机驱动的两轮或四轮车辆排放出来的。过滤介质由聚丙烯组成它是一种具有明显驻极体效应的聚合体。
