有刷和无刷电机之间最明显的区别是是否配置有常见的电刷-换向器(Brush-Commutator).过往一个世纪以来,有刷直流电机的换向一直是通过石墨电刷与安装在转子上的环形换向器相接触来实现的.
而无刷电机则通过霍尔传感器(Hallsensor)把转子位置反馈回控制电路,使其能够获知电机相位换向(顺序)的正确时间.大多数无刷电机生产商生产的电机都具有三个霍尔效应传感器.由于无刷电机没有电刷,故也没有相关接口,因此更干净,声学噪声更小,事实上无需维护,寿命更长.

硬密封蝶阀六大防护措施:1.阀盘上焊接的螺栓不宜太长,否则会因为螺栓过长而抵住阀体内流道,造成密封面被架空,不能发挥密封作用;组装时应注意检查调整丝杆开度,保证密封面能紧密接合。选择合适的调整垫,衬垫厚度应稍低于或等于阀盘密封面台阶高度,使软密封垫与阀盘密封面紧密贴合,处于同一个平面。为防止压紧螺母脱落,螺母旋紧后应作适当的防松处理。应考虑流体介质使用条件,选择适合介质要求的软密封垫,以免出现介质腐蚀或高温变形等影响使用。
