步进电机的细分控制是由步进电机驱动器控制步进电机的相电流来实现的,以二相步进电机为例,假如步进电机的额定相电流为3A,如果使用常规步进电机驱动器(如常用的恒流斩波方式)驱动该步进电机,步进电机每运行一步,其绕组内的 电流将从0突变为3A或从3A突变到0,步进电机相电流的巨大变化,必然会引起步进电机运行的振动和噪音。如果使用细分步进电机驱动器,在10细分的状态下驱动该步进电机,步进电机每运行一微步,其绕组内的电流变化只有0.3A而不是3A,且电流是以正弦曲线规律变化,这样就大大的改善了步进电机的振动和噪音,因此,在性能上的优点才是细分的真正优点。
由于细分步进电机驱动器要控制步进电机的相电流,所以对步进电机驱动器要有相当高的技术要求和工艺要求,成本亦会较高。

INA轴承与轴的配合一般为过渡配合,座圈与轴承座孔的配合一般为间隙配合。双向轴承的中轴圈应在轴上固定,以防止相对于轴转动。轴承的安装方法,一般情况下是轴旋转的情况居多,因此内圈与轴的配合为过赢配合,轴承外圈与轴承室的配合为间隙配合。安装轴承时,要先将千分表固定于箱壳端面,使表的触头顶在轴承轴圈滚道上边转动轴承,边转动边观察千分表指针,若指针偏摆,说明轴圈和轴中心线不垂直。如果箱壳孔较深时,亦可用加长的千分表头检验。

常用的有:氧化铝基陶瓷、氮化硅基陶瓷、金属陶瓷和晶须增韧陶瓷。立方氮化硼(CBN)仅次于金刚石,有极好的高温硬度,与陶瓷相比,其耐热性和化学稳定性稍差,但冲击强度和抗破碎性能较好。它广泛适用于淬硬钢(HRC5)、珠光体灰铸铁、冷硬铸铁和高温合金等的切削加工,与硬质合金刀具相比,其切削速度可提高一个数量级。CBN含量高的复合聚晶立方氮化硼(PCBN)刀具硬度高、耐磨性好、抗压强度高及耐冲击韧性好,其缺点是热稳定性差和化学惰性低,适用于耐热合金、铸铁和铁系烧结金属的切削加工。
