8. 驱动器方面:伺服驱动器在发展了变频技术的前提下,在驱动器内部的电流环,速度环和位置环(变频器没有该环)都进行了比一般变频更的控制技术和算法运算,在功能上也比传统的变频强大很多,主要的一点可以进行的位置控制;通过上位控制器发送的脉冲序列来控制速度和位置(当然也有些伺服内部集成了控制单元或通过总线通讯的方式直接将位置和速度等参数设定在驱动器里),驱动器内部的算法和更快更的计算以及性能更优良的电子器件使之更优越于变频器; 9. 电机方面:伺服电机的材料、结构和加工工艺要远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机(一般交流电机或恒力矩、恒功率等各类变频电机),也就是说当驱动器输出电流、电压、频率变化很快的电源时,伺服电机就能根据电源变化产生响应的动作变化,响应特性和抗过载能力远远高于变频器驱动的交流电机,电机方面的严重差异也是两者性能不同的根本;就是说不是变频器输出不了变化那么快的电源信号,而是电机本身就反应不了,所以在变频的内部算法设定时为了保护电机做了相应的过载设定;当然即使不设定变频器的输出能力还是有限的,有些性能优良的变频器就可以直接驱动伺服电机;

故钛材不适用于任何含氟硼酸、氟硅酸盐镀液、含氟化物的复合催化镀铬液(包括采用含氟稍多的镀铬添加剂)、加有氟化物添加剂的亮镍镀镍液等含氟溶液。钛不耐纯还原性介质腐蚀。钛在纯中使用时,室温时在质量分数75%以下,6℃时3%以下,1℃时5%以下。但中含、、次氯酸钠、铬酸盐、Fe3+、Cu2+、少量贵金属,钛即可钝化而可用。在硫酸溶液中,钛的耐腐蚀性随硫酸浓度升高及液温升高而下降:在℃时能耐2%硫酸,室温及充有氧气的硫酸只能达5%,1℃时则只能在2%硫酸中保持钝态。

正常的铜阳极在电镀时,表面会形成一色的膜,它可以使铜阳极以二价铜的形式溶解,铜粉和一价铜的产生。如果铜阳极中含磷量低,电镀时阳极表面难以形成棕黑色的膜,这样,铜粉就多,并会有一价铜溶解进入溶液,它较容易在阴极上还原而形成粗糙的镀层,所以含磷量少的阳极不宜使用。铜粉或固体悬浮物会使镀铜层粗糙是众所周知的。仔细观察镀层粗糙的现象会发现溶液中悬浮的固体微粒或铜粉造成的粗糙,多出现在零件的向上面,因为这些粒子密度较大,容易沉积在零件向上面上。
