直流伺服电动机的起动转矩大,调速范围宽,机械特性和调节特性线性度好,控制方便,因此应用广泛。但是,由于直流伺服电动机转子带铁心,铁心有齿有槽,因此电动机性能上有缺陷,如转动惯量大,机电时间常数大,灵敏度差;转矩波动较大,低速运转时不平稳;换向火花带来无线电干扰,并影响电机的寿命,使电动机使用上受到一定的限制。目前,已在普通直流伺服电动机的基础上发展了低惯量直流伺服电动机。主要形式有空心杯直流伺服电动机、盘形电枢直流伺服电动机和无槽直流伺服电动机 一、杯形电枢直流伺服电动机 杯形直流伺服电动机的结构如图2-20所示,定子有内定子和外定子,外定子装有永久磁钢,内定子起磁轭作用,由软磁材料做成。空心杯转子由成型的单个线圈沿转子圆柱面排列成杯形,或直接用绕线机绕成导线杯,再用树脂固化定型,也可采用印制绕组。空心杯电枢直接安装在电机轴上,在内、外定子之间的气隙中旋转。

当轴承椭圆偏大的外壳孔中或两半分离式外壳固紧时,使轴承外圈产生椭圆,在短轴方向的游隙明显减少甚至负游隙。轴承在载荷的作用下,内圈旋转产生周向剥落痕迹,外圈只在短轴方向的对称位置产生剥落痕迹。这是该轴承早期失效的主要原因,经对该轴承失效件检验表明,该轴承外径圆度已从原工艺控制的.8μm变为27μm。此值远远大于径向游隙值。可以肯定该轴承是在严重变形及负游隙下工作的,工作面上易早期形成异常的急剧磨损与剥落。

双列深沟球轴承的径向游隙系指一个套圈固定不动,而另一个套圈在垂直于双列深沟球轴承轴线方向,由一个极端位置移动到另一个极端位置的移动量。轴承游隙的选择正确与否,对机械运转精度、轴承寿命、摩擦阻力、温升、振动与噪声等都有很大的影响。如对向心轴承游隙的选择过小时,则会使承受负荷的滚动体个数增多,接触应力减小,运转较平稳,摩擦阻力会增大,温升也会提高。反之,则接触应力增大,振动大,而摩擦阻力减小,温升低。
