本款微型单通道射频上变频模块覆盖0.8–18GHz频段，属高性能系列化变频组件，采用表贴式两级变频架构，专为射频系统集成与研发验证设计。作为一款专业级射频上变频器，它可将中心频率1.8GHz、带宽≥1GHz的中频信号，以及0.01–2GHz低功率信号上变频为完整的0.8–18GHz射频信号，其射频输出端可直接驱动外置功率放大器。
