Manufacturer: Shenzhen Huashi Digital Technology Co., Ltd.
The X/Ku Dual-Band RF Upconverter is a high-performance RF upconverter filter engineered by Shenzhen Huashi Digital Technology Co., Ltd. for phased-array radar systems. This reliable phased-array radar upconverter features two output passbands: 7.7 GHz – 7.85 GHz and 9.1 GHz – 9.5 GHz, with a fixed 930 MHz intermediate frequency (IF) input.
Designed for demanding radar and microwave RF projects, this dual-band RF upconverter provides ≥15 dB frequency conversion gain and output P-1dB ≥ 11 dBm, with in-band flatness of ≤2 dB. Both channels achieve outstanding ≥65 dBc out-of-band suppression. The module features excellent input and output return loss (VSWR corresponding to return loss ≥10 dB) and operates with a current of ≤350 mA.
Built with a rugged 6061-aluminum housing and nickel-plated surface treatment, it operates stably from -30°C to +70°C and supports storage temperatures from -40°C to +75°C. This frequency conversion module delivers solid signal conversion and spurious rejection for phased-array radar and related microwave equipment.
