    采用大抛丸量、高抛射速度的国际先进悬臂离心式抛丸器，能显著地提高清理率，

    模拟抛射图及抛丸机的全部图纸均完全采用计算机辅助设计（CAD）绘制，抛丸器
    的选用及布置更为合理。
    吊钩具有升降，运行和室内旋转的功能。
    清理室内采用耐磨护板防护，使用寿命大大提高，外形美观、易于更换。
    Q75系列增加喷丸装置，用于对复杂工件进一步补喷。
    二、用途
    用于提高其产品工艺状态，消降应力集中、延长其使用寿命，特别适合于多品种,小
    批量的铸、锻件及钢结构件进行表面清理及抛丸强化，以去掉工件表面的少量粘砂、砂
    芯及氧化皮；亦适合于对热处理件的表面清理用强化；尤其适合于不宜碰撞的细长、薄
    壁件的清理。
