本机主要用于造纸行业（漂白）净化后浆料的连续磨浆或废纸再生浆料疏解后均整磨浆。经过磨浆处理，可使纤维的抗拉强度，破裂强度，纤维内部的结合强度和打浆度均有提高。经本机处理过的纸浆可得到较好的抗张力，耐折力，以及较好挺硬度与透气度的组合性。
本机具有设计新颖，生产效率高，磨浆区域长，浆料滞留时间长，磨浆质量好，进退刀间隙控制精确，电耗低，噪音小，操作方便，维修容易等优点。
This machine use series after purifying or expansion defibrination of wasted paper recycled thick liquid material after discongesting in papermaking trade (bleach) mainly.Through defibrination disposal,it can improve tensile strength of fibre ,break intensity,binding strength and freeness within the inner fibre .after dealt with by the machine,it can receive better tension of resisting and anti-breaking intensity.It is the cimbination of rigidity and ventilative degree very much.
This machine is novel in design; production efficiency is high,long rubbing the thick liquid area. The material detention time of thick liquid is long , it is of high quality to rub the thick liquid,interval and control of advance and retreat accurately;the electricity dawdles is low.
