锅巴半自动生产线/Crispy Chip Process Line(semi-automatic)

       该锅巴生产线是用双螺杆挤压膨化技术替代传统的蒸煮式锅巴生产的新技术。该生产线集混合、蒸煮、熟化、膨化、成型于一体，且无需锅炉，生产工序简化、高效、环保；原料既可以是大米粉、玉米粉、面粉等单一物料，也可是其混合料；变换模具即可改变形状，生产的锅巴口感酥脆而不油腻。

         This process line uses double-screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing, steaming, curing, extruding, and shaping processes, no needing boiler, with high efficiency and little pollution. The raw material can be the rice powder, corn powder, wheat flour inpidually, or their mixture. Changing the moulds can make different shapes and the crispy rice chip taste good without greasiness.
