海绵压形切割机主要是把泡绵切成凹凸形，适用于坐垫，包装，垫子，每种机器配备一套标准压形辊。本机又称海绵波浪切割机，它是将一片厚海绵通过齿压棍切割出二片凹凸对应的制品，主要是制作保健床垫、枕及包装用。
