茶叶杀青燃气红外线燃烧系统
一.杀青的要求
杀青是茶叶加工中必不可少的一道工序,而且杀青质量的好坏,直接关系到茶叶品质的高低。
杀青锅(滚筒)的温度和温度的均匀性决定杀青质量,高品质的茶叶不仅要求升温迅速,而且要求杀青设备的温度均匀一致。
茶叶杀青设备也必须尽可能地节能,以降低杀青费用。

Water-removing is essential to tea processing which is directly related to the quality of finished products.
Heating rapidly and better temperature uniformity are necessary to make high-quality tea.
Tea water-removing device must also be energy saving as much as possible in order to reduce costs.
二.蓝炬燃气红外线杀青燃烧系统的特点
1. 采用全预混燃烧的金属纤维燃烧器,燃烧充分、红外线辐射效率高、燃烧均匀、不易回火、使用寿命长;
2. 采用密闭式燃烧加热系统,相比开放式系统,整体节能30%以上;
3. 升温迅速:由于金属纤维燃烧器的热惯性小,点火后数秒内即达到工作温度;
4. 采用程序控制器的燃烧控制系统,具有吹扫、自动点火、火焰检测、压力保护、意外停机报警等功能;
5. 依据控制精度要求,温度控制可采用两段火型式或PID控制;
6. 杀青滚筒温度均匀,纵向温差不超过±5℃。
7. 可采用液化气或天然气作为气源。

6. Good temperature evenness: vertical temperature difference of the cylinder is not more than ±5℃;
7. Gas fuel: LPG or NG.

四.经济性能评估
由于各种茶叶的杀青工艺并不一致,下面以乌龙茶为例来分析金属纤维红外线燃烧器相比传统的火排燃烧器的节能效果。
茶叶杀青机采用火排作为燃烧器,其缺点是不仅燃烧不充分,而且燃烧空间敞开,大量热量散失,致使热效率低下,每公斤干茶需要消耗液化气0.2-0.25kg。
当采用金属纤维红外线燃烧器后,传热效果好,而且燃烧空间密闭,散热损失小,每公斤干茶消耗液化气0.10-0.15kg,即每公斤干茶少消耗液化气约0.10kg,节能40-50%。
Economic Evaluation
Different tea has different water-removing processing. Now we take Oolong tea as a sample to analysis the energy-saving effect between metal fiber infrared burner and harmonica burner.
Apply harmonica burner as heating element in tea fixation machine, the shortages are incomplete combustion and the combustion chamber is open, which causeshigh heat loss and low thermal efficiency. 1kg dried tea consumes 0.2-0.25kg LPG.
As for metal fiber infrared burners, good heat transfer and closed combustion chamber make low heat loss and high thermal efficiency. Getting 1kg dried tea consumes 0.1-0.15kg LPG, That is say, gas consumption to get 1kg dried tea reduces about 0.10kg, saving energy by 40-50%.
