短波红外不同于中、长波的远红外，其波长具有很强的渗透力。直入漆层，使涂漆层基本（车身外壳）的温度迅速升高产生自发热效应，涂层中的水分（或溶剂）则迅速由内向外挥发、当油漆涂料的化学振动频率相同时，油漆涂料化学键因发生共振面加大聚合基因的振幅，使交联聚合的机率增大，加速漆涂层的固化。因此。漆层表面光泽度与丰满度高，镜物更加清晰，涂层附着力强，不易产生"橘皮、流泪"现象，避免返工，节约成本，提高效率!
