二.中厚板特点
武钢热轧产品具有表面质量好,平直度好,强度高,韧性好等特点.机械性能易于加工成型及良好的可焊接性等优良性能，因而被广泛用于船舶、汽车、桥梁、建筑、机械、压力容器等制造行业。
Their products got a smooth surface, high flatness and fracture toughness. It’s widely used as building materials and in making vehicle, pressure vessel and machinery.
在表面处理方面,武钢的板面平直,光滑,可以直接除油喷漆,效果好,附着力高,而且钢质纯正,夹渣少,可满足大部份,酸洗,镀蓝锌,镀彩锌的表面处理要求.

武钢的产的SPHC,热轧深冲钢板,具有表面质量好,延申率高等特点,广泛应用于五金冲压,高难折弯成形,酸洗基板,冷轧,压延等高延伸领域,是国产材料拉深用途的理想材料.
SPHC and RSCA from WISCO Group are famous for superior surface smoothness and flexibility and they’ve been widely used in hardware stamping, moulding, base for acid pickling, cold rolling and calendaring.
武钢产品的厚度控制较好,以5.5MM厚热轧产品为例,可以控制在5.45到5.5之间,质量可靠,可满足高要求的精密冲压应用,是五金加工较为理想的材料.
