• 聚阴离子纤维素(PAC)属离子型纤维素醚类,是羧甲基纤维素(CMC)的高端替代产品。是一种高效的造纸助剂,可用于颜料涂布、浆内添加、表面施胶等多个工序,其良好的分散、触变和保水等性能获得了造纸行业的一致好评。作为纸面平滑剂、涂敷剂、施胶剂等,是造纸工业中的一种高档添加剂。具有成膜性,提高纸张强度和表面张力,能使纸质均匀,印刷时油墨容易渗入,印刷物边缘清晰。 PAC在造纸工业中的主要应用 1. 颜料涂布 ·控制和调节涂料的流变性和颜料的分散性,提高涂料固含量; ·赋予涂料假塑性,实现涂料的高速涂布; ·增强涂料保水性,防止水溶性胶粘剂迁移; ·具有良好的成膜性,改善涂层光泽度; ·提高涂料中增白剂的保留率,提高纸张白度; ·改善涂料的润滑性能,提高涂层质量,延长刮刀的使用寿命。 一般用量:0.3~1.5%,根据不同的涂布纸种、涂料配方和纸机车速,选用不同型号和用量。 2.浆内添加 ·提高磨浆效率,促进纤维细化,缩短打浆时间; ·调节浆内电势,均匀分散纤维,改善纸机抄造性能,进一步改善纸 页成形; ·提高各种添加剂、填料和细小纤维的留着率; ·增加纤维间的结合力,提高成纸物理性能; ·与干、湿强剂配合使用,可提高成纸的干、湿强度; ·保护松香、AKD等浆内施胶剂,增强施胶效果; ·减少污染负荷。 一般用量:0.05~0.3%,根据不同的纸种、车速和要求确定具体用量。 3. 表面施胶 ·具有良好的流变性与成膜性; ·减少纸面气孔,提高纸张的抗油性; ·增加纸张的亮度和光泽度; ·增加纸张的挺度、平滑度,控制卷曲; ·提高纸张的表面强度和耐磨性,减少掉毛掉粉,提高印刷质量。 一般用量:和其它配合使用,用量为总胶量的10~30%。若单独使用,则一般配成0.2~1.0%的溶液应用。

Polyanionic cellulose ( PAC ) is a nonionic cellulose ethers, carboxyl methyl cellulose ( CMC ) high-end alternative products. Is a kind of efficient paper additives, can be used for coating pigment, add the pulp, surface sizing and other process, good dispersion, thixotropic and water retention properties obtained by papermaking industry acclaim. As the paper smoothing agent, coating agent, sizing agent in papermaking industry, is a high-grade additive. With film, improve paper strength and surface tension, can make even paper, printing ink easily infiltrated, printed matter, clear edge. PAC in the paper industry in 1 major applications : pigment coating, control and regulation of rheological characteristics of the coatings and pigment dispersion, improving the coating solid content; and giving coatings with pseudoplastic, achieve the paint high-speed coating; enhance coating water retention, prevent water soluble adhesive migration; and has excellent film-forming properties, improving coating gloss; improve coating whitening agent retention rate, improving the whiteness of the paper; and improving the coating lubrication performance, improve the coating quality, prolong the service life of blade. General dosage: 0.3 ~ 1.5%, according to the different coated paper, coating formulations and paper machine speed, use different types and dosage. 2 add the pulp and improve the grinding efficiency, promote fiber thinning, shorten the time of beating; pulp potential adjustment, uniform dispersion of fibers, improve paper machine runnability, further improve the sheet forming; improve all kinds of additives, fillers and fines retention rate; increase the bonding between the fibers, to improve physical properties of paper; and dry, wet strength agent used in conjunction, can improve the paper dry, wet strength; protection of rosin, AKD sizing agent, enhance sizing effect, reduce the pollution load. General dosage: 0.05 ~ 0.3%, according to the different kinds of paper, the speed and the requirements to determine the specific dosage. The 3 surface sizing, good rheological property and film-forming property; and reduced paper pore, improve the oil resistance; increase paper brightness and gloss; an increase of stiffness of paper, smoothness, control coil; improve the paper surface strength and wear resistance, reducing linting, improve printing quality. General usage: and other use, dosage is 10 ~ 30% of the total amount of adhesive. If used alone, generally with 0.2 ~ 1% solution application.
