TY-XZ01数控十字轴铣端面钻中心孔机床
& TY-XZ01型数控十字轴铣端面钻中心孔机床，是为汽车十字轴加工而设计的工序机床。用来铣削十字轴各端面和钻各端中心孔。
& 机床有三个座标运动（X Y Z）；X、Y座标是铣钻主轴箱进给运动；Z座标是回转台、夹具夹持工件进给运动，加工过程是工件随夹具运动先在铣轴工位完成铣削，再快移到钻轴工位进行钻孔，一轴加工完成后工件回转900再加工另一轴。
& 该机床采用水平布局，全封闭防护，具有高刚性、高精度、高效率 等特点。最适合成批、大批量生产选用。
& 机床特点：
l 采用整体水平机座，刚性好、精度高。
l 各座标滑台采用镶钢淬火导轨和TSF贴塑运动付，摩擦系统小，运动平稳，精度保持性好。
l 采用100L/min，40m扬程大水泵冷却刀具冲刷各部铁屑，机床不积屑。
