EIT UVICURE PLUS单波段UV能量计
很多情况下,UV固化机和胶水只给出W/cm或W/inch的数据,通常等于需要的电能/灯泡的长度。
比如1.8KW的6inch灯泡,强度可以表示为300w/inch。这种标定方法十分简单,而且容易理解。
有几点需要注意,不同种类的灯泡发光效率是不一样的, 而且加上反射罩的类型, 位置不同,导致实际到达涂层/胶水表面的光强相差非常远。
通常的UV测试方法,是测试UV固化机峰值强度(w/cm^2)和UV能量密度(J/cm^2),峰值强度表征灯泡的聚焦和衰减状况。
通常工业上根据应用将UV分为四个波段:UVA、UVB、UVC、UVV
各个UV能量计厂家对波段的定义有细微差别
以EIT为例:
UVA(320-390nm)
UVB(280-320nm)
UVC(250-260nm)
or UVV(395-445nm)
各种灯泡的光谱分布不同。
