G-7139/7131is a hot cure, prefilled, toughened, epoxy casting system for severe outdoor applications in medium voltage and heavy power electrical industry.Application includes outdoor electrical insulating components, bushing, insulators, all components for humid indoor medium and high voltage environments, etc., with following advantages.G-7139/7131是一种适用于严格的户外中高电压工业领域的热固化,预填充,加固型环氧灌封胶。该产品的应用范围包括户外电绝缘元件,套管,绝缘体以及各种于户外中高电压潮湿环境的元件并具有以下优点。

Automatic Pressure Gelation Process自动压力凝胶工艺(APG)
ü Pre-heat mold at 140-160 °C将模体预热到140-160 °C
ü Pre-heat casting components at50- 60 °C 将浇注料预热到50- 60 °C
ü Mix the casting material (resin + hardener) under vacuum for 30 minutes将浇注料(树脂和固化剂)混合并抽真空30分钟
ü Fill mold in 2 – 5 minutes填入模体2-5分钟
ü Gel in mold for 20-50 minutes @ pressure 1-3 atm在1-3大气压下在模体中凝胶20-50分钟
ü Post cure 7 hrs @130 °C or 5 hrs @140 °C在130 °C下固化7小时或在140 °C下固化5小时
Conventional Gravity Casting Process Under Vacuum常规重力真空浇注工艺
ü Pre-heat mold(treated with mold release agent)to 80- 100 °C and all casting components separately at 60- 80 °C将模体预热到80- 100 °C,各个浇注组分分别预热到60-80°C
ü Mix the casting material (resin + hardener) under vacuum for 30 minutes在真空下将浇注材料(树脂和固化剂)混合30分钟
ü Fill mold under vacuum and gel for 6-8 hrs将浇注料填入模体并凝胶6-8小时
ü Post cure 16 hrs@130°Cor 12 hrs@140°C后固化16 hrs@130°C或12 hrs@140°C
SHELF LIFE保存方法
Store at 21 - 30 ºC in a dry place. Hardener-6020 is moisture sensitive, after each partial use, purge with dry nitrogen and tightly reseal. Before use, mix and stir all components at warm in case of filler settling.保存于21- 30 ºC的干燥地方。Hardener-6020容易受潮,每次用完后应用干氮气清理干净并密封保存。在使用前,在温暖环境下搅拌混合各浇注组分以防止填充料下沉。
