该设备是将混合原料加入料斗，经加热螺杆、料筒推进注入抗缩剂、丁烷，使融熔体原料经模具押出，完成物理发泡，冷却成型，通过牵引辅机再进入切断机，客户可根据自身需求调整切割长度，也可采用不同模具来完成不同规格的网、棒、管材。
整机结构：押出主机、冷风装置、模具、牵引、切断等辅机组成。
特殊的螺杆结构，押出量大、发泡倍率高。
模头转动部位采用螺筒整体连动，便于操作。
