YBT系列矿用隔爆轴流式局部通风机概述YBT、YBT-X系列矿用隔爆型轴流式局部通风机，主要用于在含有瓦斯或煤尘爆炸性危险的煤矿井下作压入式局部通风用，该产品也适用于金属矿山、化学矿山、隧道及其它使用风机的厂矿，输送介质温度不超过40℃，温度不大于95±3%（25℃）及无腐蚀性。 ■ 结构及其特点 1、该系列风机其结构形式为矿用隔爆轴流式：该风机由集流器、叶轮、电动机、防爆接线盒、机体、出风筒、消声器（YBT-X）等七部分组成。机体及结构件均采用钢板焊接而成；采用电机与叶轮直接方式，传动可靠；整机结构简单紧凑，坚固耐用，使用安全，维修方便。2、电动机为YB系列矿用隔爆型二极三相异步电动机，电压为380/660V，电动机的机座与机体焊成一体，电动机由叶轮输送的气流直接进行冷却。3、电动机的接线盒置于机体外侧，便于接线。接线盒内有六个接线端子和一个接地端子，用户根据电源电压要求选择接线方式；当电源电压为380V时，采用△接法，当电源电压为660V时，采用Y接法，风机出厂时电动机均按△接线。4、风机机体的法兰上焊有接地螺栓，供现场直接地使用。5、在消声器的凸缘法兰上，钻有均匀分布的小孔，用于连接变径短节或直接连接胶质风筒。用变径短节连接风机与胶质风筒时，变径短节的型式可制成收敛型或扩散型。 ■规格型号及性能参数 型号 技术参数 YBT-2.2YBT-5.5YBT-7.5YBT-11YBT-18.5YBT-22YBT-30全压（Pa） 960-3801700-8001900-9002250-8002400-5203200-6803500-800风量（m³∕h） 55-10190-180100-210130-240195-300240-370250-800全压效率（%） 76768080808080噪dB(A)87898991959595叶轮直径（mm）ф315ф400ф500ф560ф600ф600ф630功率（KW）2.25.57.51118.52230 欢迎新老客户前来订购。 Shanghai yituan Fan Electrical Co., Ltd. is a research and development, manufacturing, sales and service as one of the high-tech enterprise, strong technical force, advanced CAD-aided design system, advanced professional machining centers, precision sound detection equipment.
