◆性能与用途
　◇ 采用进口高效乳化剂及官能单体参加聚合，辅之精益求精的工作态度，使KX-6018的性能较以往的纯丙乳液有大幅度的提高。
　◇ 粒径：本产品属微乳聚合而成，其粒径是一般工艺生产的乳液粒径的65%，而粒径的缩小，必然导致乳胶粒数量的急剧增加，在
　一定固含量时，乳液则呈现出较粘稠，半透明的外观。
　◇ 光泽：粒径小且分布均匀，配以恰当的助剂，会使KX-6018成膜致密，并进一步提高光泽。
　◇ 强度：单位体积中乳胶粒子数量的增加，使粒子之间的空隙减少，促使交联后的漆膜各方向拉力平均，明显改善其强度。
　◇ 稳定性：根据国内涂料生产企业的特点，本产品在设计和研制过程中，始终注意其对钙离子的相互稳定性，确保其与5%氯化钙
　水溶液4：1混合测试无异常。

◆其　 它
　KX-6018乳液的粒径较细，对表面活性剂的要求较高，建议您使用陶氏的X-405作为湿润剂，以确保存储稳定性。

◆Property and Use
　◇It is prepared by polymerization of the functional monomers and high efficient emulsifiers (imported) and strictly controlled in
　the process, to obtain the great improvement of product propertied.
　◇The Sizes of Particles :It belongs to the micro - emulsion polymerization. The sizes of the particles are about 65% those of
　the common process. The reduction of the particle sizes results in the numbers of the emulsion particles increasing greatly in
　a certain solid content, thus the emulsion exhibits more viscosity and translucence in appearance.
　◇Gloss:For the emulsion particles smaller in size and uniform in distribution, the film, formed from KX - 6018, could be
　densification and further increasing in gloss.
　◇Strength :The more numbers of emulsion particle per volume, the less space between the particles. That could be caused to
　trend the forces in different directions to being averaged, thus improving the strength.
　◇Stability:During the design and development of the product, according to the domestic paint enterprise features, we pay more
　attention to the stability of calcium ions from beginning to end, the product is mixed and tested with 5% calcium chloride water
　solution (as ratio 4:1). No abnormal is shown in the results.
