FOUNDRY-MASTER COMPACT台式光谱仪用于固体样品元素定量分析的仪器。光学系统采用CCD检测器，光谱范围覆盖全部典型材料。仪器装备有氩气冲洗火花台，开放式设计火花台适合不同形状和尺寸的样品分析。
