LED四灯冲孔防水胶壳模组： LED灯珠芯片采用高亮低光衰芯片，白光色温范围在200K以内，颜色一致性好。模组采用并联线路,如果有任何一个模组出现问题都不会影响其它模块。电源线表面采用耐高低温的PVC绝缘,线芯采用28股铜芯线，使电流的流量更强，连接50组模块不会出现降压。最多可以连接红黄100个/串，蓝绿白150个/串。防水模块采用全透明树脂封装，防水等级达到IP68。 特性： 超高亮度、超宽角度、光斑均匀、色泽效果好、完全防水 防水等级： IP68 Features：Super high brightness,Wide lrradiation angle,Even light beam,uniform color,Water-proof. Safety rankL：IP68 产品特点及应用场所 Features and Application of places （1）、产品研发依据：四方草帽灯防水胶壳模组；此模组是在原来四灯防水金属模组的基础上改进，完善而研发
成功的一款新型产品。
（2）、研发原因：因为冲孔金属模组的亮度及安全性令标识制造业广泛认同；但由于制作时其冲孔金属面板必须
要使用数控冲床才能完成，而且造价和工期不能控制。所以受到大部份区域条件的限制（无冲床的单位无法制作），所
以令众多标识商望而兴叹。综上所述；我公司经过近一年的设计；试验终于成功研发出四方草帽灯防水胶壳模组。
（3）、产品优点：本产品既保留了原来金属模组的所有优点及使用功能，又大大提高了其在行业内的适应性和实
用性。具体有以下几点：
①制作字壳面板时可以上冲床，也可以用手电钻操作，大大节省了生产成品。并且可以自己控制生产周期。
②本模组的灯珠为正方形排列，并改变了出线方式。所以地制作安装不受安装方向的限制，提高了生产速度和降低
技术难度。
③本模组的固定点为实心塑胶结构，并且在底部设计有镙丝帽套孔。所以安装模组时可以用镙丝快速安装；既使用
铝铆钉固定；也不会使固定处的防水胶和塑胶壳因受力而爆裂，从而渗水导致氧化及漏电现象。 (1) Product research and development basis: square straw-hat-light type waterproof rubber-shell mould train; this mould train is a new-type product improv

industry, but a punched metal panel as being made must use a numerical control puncher for completion and the fabrication cost and time limit can't be controlled,
and is limited by the conditions in most areas (A unit without a puncher is unable to make it), making numerous identification traders bemoan their inadequacy in
the face of a great task. In sum, our company, through the design and testing of nearly one year, has succeeded in researching and developing square straw hat
light waterproof rubber shell mould train.
(3) Advantages of the product. This product retains all the advantages and use functions of the original metal mould train, and has greatly increased its adap
tability and practicability in the industry. Specifically, there are the following several points:
① While making a word-shell panel, you may use a puncher, and may use a manual electric drill for operation with the production cost saved greatly, and you
can control the production cycle by yourself .
②The light bulbs of this mould train are in square permutation with a wiring way changed, so the making and installation are not restricted by an installation
direction, resulted in the speed of production increased and the degree of difficulty in technology reduced.
③The fixing point of this mould train is of solid plastic structure, and the bottom is designed with screw-cap trepanning, so, while installing a mould train, you
