本自动线采用全液压高速系统，可加工Φ20mm-Φ120mm的轴承内外套圈和其他类似于轴承套圈的轴、套类的各种产品。

   本自动线可一次性完成轴承内外套圈的各种工序。流程如下：1.车孔——车沟——倒角防尘槽——倒角防尘槽。2.车孔断面——外圆端面——车沟——倒角防尘槽——倒角防尘槽。
