设备简介：

电磁感应铝箔封口机是一种对容器瓶口进行封口的机器。此设备安全卫生，可广泛用于医药，农药，食品，化妆品，等行业对容器进行铝箔气密封口，以达到密封，防伪，防盗的作用。 

工作原理及技术特点：        

1.本机采用国外  先进技术，选用美国第五代最新晶体管模块化功率器件，主要原器件原装进口。本设备可分为主控箱以及输送带两部分，由振荡源产生的高频电流经放大，整形，推动功率模块输出到感应头，当有金属铝箔接近感应头时，在铝箔金属层产生涡流而发热。

2.发热的程度由涡流的强度，频率的高低和作用时间的长短来决定，整机设有自检测功能，实现功率稳定，便于观察，冷却系统采用水加风冷却自循环，分别冷却感应头和功率模块。输送带用无级调速，以配合用户不同规格，材质的容器封口以及连线生

3.本设备可选配理瓶机转盘及无铝箔自动剔除装备。
