本机采用国外先进技术，选用美国第五代最新晶体管模块化功率器件，主要原器件原装进口。本设备可分为主控箱以及输送带两部分，由振荡源产生的高频电流经放大，整形，推动功率模块输出到感应头，当有金属铝箔接近感应头时，在铝箔金属层产生涡流而发热，发热的程度由涡流的强度，频率的高低和作用时间的长短来决定，整机设有自检测功能，实现功率稳定，便于观察，冷却系统采用水加风冷却自循环，分别冷却感应头和功率模块。输送带用无级调速，以配合用户不同规格，材质的容器封口以及连线生产。本设备可选配理瓶机转盘及无铝箔自动剔除装备。
