干混砂浆成套设备主要是由提升机、预混仓、小料仓、混合机、成品仓、包装机、除尘器、电控柜、气相平衡系统组成。采用双轴桨叶高效混合机，不破坏物料的原始状态，确保了砂浆的保温系数不会因保温原料的形状破坏而降低，确保了产品的保温效果。包装机不采用传统的闸板密封，避免了挤闸板的现象，对颗料物料的包装优点尤为突出，采用微机计量，称量准确、性能稳定、操作简单，密封良好、结构合理、经久耐用，机电一体、调整维修方便，节约电能。

It is comprised of windlass, premix cargo, small cargo, blender, finished cargo, packaging machine,  dust catcher, control cabinet, gaseous phase balance system. It is adopt double axis paddle blender, it doesn’t destroy material original status which gurantee mortal heat preservation coefficient. And it is not adopt traditional flashboard to avoid locking. It is with microcomputer  computation and metage nicety and with high reliability, simplicity for operator, good sealing, good structure, and easy maintain, energy saving.
