上苑牌墙衬（耐水腻子粉）
上苑耐水腻子是美丽佳建材自主开发的一种高品质墙面着平材料，PH值12-13精白细腻、强度高耐水性好、施工性能优异。适用于砖墙、砂浆墙面批刮着平。上苑“易刮平”通过中国环境标志产品认证是绿色环保产品。
主要成分：碳酸钙、氧化钙、硅酸盐水泥和添加剂。
消耗量：理论上，1公斤“易刮平”可以批刮一平方米（两遍）实际用量因施工方法，墙面平整度的不同而不同。
搅拌：水的加入理以施工调度为准，搅拌均匀后，放置10分钟，再进行搅拌即可使用。不可以加入其他材料混合使用。
基层处理：墙体表面应坚实、无浮灰和污物。墙体表面含水率应低于10%。如果墙面平滑或疏松，需用上苑“墙固ZH1000（聚合物水泥基界面处理剂”进行界面处理。
批刮着平：由于腻子强度高，应在腻子处于半干状态（用于轻压不变形）用刮板着平，腻子批刮厚度超过3MM，应分次批刮，每次批刮厚度不大于1MM。批刮过厚易出现干缩开裂。
执行标准：技术标准：JG/T3049-1998（N）：有害物质限量标准：GB18582-2001
施工环境：施工环境温度在5摄氏度以上。
贮存和运输：存放于阴凉干燥处，保质期12个月。产品无毒为燃，贮存运输可按《非危险品规则》办理。
As a tapy of waterproof power lacquer putty for internal wall,shang yuan yi gua ping,is a high grde wall surface leveling material(PH walue:12-13)independently developed by shang yuan The putty,being fine and smooth,enjoys high intensity,water brick&concrete and mortar wall. Yi gua ping,which has passedthe certification for China environment-friendly green prodect.
Principal components:Calcium carbonate,calcium oxide,silicate,cement and additives.
Consumption:Theoretically,one kilogram of putty can cover an area of one square meter(twice).the actual consumption varies with the construction method and smoothness of the wall surface.
Mixing:The content of water added depents on the density needed for construction.Put is aside for 10minutes after mixing it is ready to serve. NO other materials are allowed to mix with if for use..
Base treatment:The base should be soild,and free from dust and dirt. The water content of the wall wurface should be under 10%.If the wall surface is smooth or loose, wall adhesive ZH1000 should be applied for interface treatment.
Scraping and leveling:Due to its high inten sity, the putty should be made level with scratch board when it si in a semi-dry state(i.e no distortion appears when it is slightly pressed with hand).The thickness of putty scraped should exceed 3MM putty is to be scraped time after time with the thicknessi in each scrape being less than 1mm. If the putty scraped is too thick,it will shrink and crack.

Construction temperature:Consturction ambient temperature should be above 5?
Storage and transportation:Kept in a cool prduct is nontoxic and noncombustible.Refer to the rulers of nonhazardous Goods of storage and transportation.
