By adopting single screw forced feeding, stepless variable frequency speed control over the feeding speed, materials can be stabilized with effective buffering, densifying, air-removing, and accuracy control. With electronic platform scale in use for weighing the gross weight, it is stable and reliable in performance.
It is applicable for quantitative packing of powder and other kinds of materials of poor fluidity, large air content and heavy dust concentration. It finds an extremely wide application in powder packing aspect with superb performance.

3、电子平台称重系统，结构简单，安装操作维护方便;
4、称重控制系统采用PLC程序控制，自动/手动切换功能，正常操作为自动操作，手动操作方式用于检修、调试或应急处理;
5、称重控制仪表为全面板数字调校及参数设定，具有重量累计显示、自动去皮、自动校零、自动落差修正、超差报警、故障自诊断等功能;仪表配有通讯接口，便于联机联网、实时监控、远程诊断和网络化管理等;
6、夹袋挂袋装置接高度可调节结构设计，可满足多量程称重需要;
7、环保除尘、密封防尘设计，配有多处除尘接口，确保优良工作环境;电气控制柜、气控柜均为独立防尘结构，防护等级为IP65级，避兔因污染而产生的故障率;
8、可配触摸屏中又人机操作界面，实现动态显示、监控、统计、故障输出等功熊，并有帮助菜单，适用于各种层次操作者。

5、Full panel digital adjusting and correcting together with parameter setting are available for the weighing control instrument, with indication for weight accumulated, automatic tare-removing, automatic resetting, automatic fall correcting, warning for over-tolerance self error diagnosis, etc; the instrument is equipped with communication interface, convenient for unit and network connection, real time monitoring, remote diagnosis and network control, etc.
