    GISE equipped the most advanced machineries in the industry and the whole production process is controlled by computer. It takes only 2.5hr to produce finished product from raw material. Meanwhile, The company also armed itself with advanced technology for chemical and mechanical properties analysis, which ensured the finished product are with superior surface condition, stable property, high precision and in  fine shape.

Product R&D
★ 利用现有产品强度高的的条件，开发低合金高强度钢种，研制出50~55kg级的高强度钢，例X52级以上的管线钢等。
Based on the current production on high toughness products, they developed high-strength low alloy type of steel of grade 50~55kg, for example, pipe line steel above X52 grade.
 ★ 利用广东的市场优势及珠钢现有条件开发集装箱板，耐大气腐蚀钢（09CuPNiRe）Based on their advantage in the Canton market and equipments are currently available, they developed plates for container, which is the weather resisting steel (09CuPNiRe)
★ 利用珠钢钢水纯净度高的优势，开发15MnHP等气瓶钢种。
Based on their highly purified molten steel, they developed cylinders, for example, model 15MnHP

Based on different requirements from their clients, they developed series of products by altering the continuous casting and rolling technology while maintaining basic elements of their product and this is a common practice in the world. Standards
按国标生产的珠钢钢卷，其实物质量已达到或超过国际标准（包装除外），这给用户带来了潜在利益，形势要求珠钢按更高标准来组织生产，为企业和用户创造更大效益。分两步走： A.试用JIS标准代替现行的GB标准。 B.条件成熟后，制定并执行严于JIS标准的珠钢企业标准。
GISE’s products are made according to GB standards but they actually complied with or even exceeded the requirements of international standards, and that potentially increased the clients’ profit. The current situation pushes GISE to produce its product with even higher standards. To create more profit for both GISE and their clients’, GISE decided to do it in 2 steps: A, Try to replace JIS standards with GB standards. B, make and carry out its own standards which are even higher than JIS standards when the time is right.

   1.1 珠钢现有生产品种包括，低碳钢（Q195、Q235SPHC）、低合金高强度钢(16Mm)和深冲钢(08A1、SPHD)，轧制规格为（1.2~12.7）×(1000~1350)×L。
1.1 Their products are: low carbon still (Q195 and Q235SPHC), high-strength low alloy steel (16Mm) and deep punching steel (08A1 and SPHD) with dimension of （1.2~12.7）×(1000~1350)×L
   1.2 由于珠钢现有的装备先进的优势，珠钢大量生产国内市场紧缺的<3mm 的热轧薄板，其比例高达81%，其中市场稀缺<2mm 的热轧薄板的比例将达30%。
1.2 GISE with their advanced equipments, they produce T<3mm hot rolled thin plate and T<3mm hot rolled thin place in huge quantities, which accounted for 30% and 81% of its production capability.
