MASTER-53α is wide range mode l(measurement range Brix 0.0 to 53.0%) of the MASTER-α. MASTER-53α is capable of measuring not only various kinds of juice, coffee, and other beverages but also processed food such as sauce, ketchup, low calorie jam, etc. Measurement range becomes wider from existing N-50E, with MASTER-53α can be measured Brix0.0 to 53.0%. It is an Automatic Temperature Compensation (ATC) model with water resistant feature (IP65).
