产品注释：镀锌板是由经过冷轧机组轧制后的钢带送入连续热镀锌机组，经过电解清洗，再在连续式退火炉进行退火，然后浸入熔融的锌液中热浸镀锌或镀铝锌，再经过光整、拉矫及钝化等相应处理后所得的产品。钢板之所以进行热镀锌，是因为锌在腐蚀环境中能在表面形成耐腐蚀性良好的薄膜。它不仅保护了锌层本身，而且保护了钢基。所以，经热镀之后的钢材，大大地延长了使用寿命。镀锌板主要用于建筑、家电、汽车、容器、交通等领域。

Have been rolled in the continuous cold-rolling mill and sent to the continuous hot-dip galvanizing line to wash electrolytically, the strip is first to be annealed in a continuous annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot for hot-dip galvanization. The product is finally turned out after passivation or skin-pass, stretcher leveling and appropriate means of treatment. The steel base is galvanized, because the zinc can be formed a membrane on the surface which has good performance in corroding environment. It has not only protected the zinc layer but also protected the steel base. So its service life would be extended greatly. It has been used in architecture, electrical home appliances, auto mobile, receptacle, traffic, etc.

包装标准：每卷先用高级防水纸外层密封，加装内外护角及两道打包带予以固定，外加铁皮全封闭包装或防水塑料包装，用打包带以横向六道，纵向两道，按等级距离予以固定。出口包装可加装木托及铁托。客户特殊包装要求，完全按客户要求定做。

Package: Each coil to be securely tied with two bands through the eye coil (or not) and one circumferential, the contact points of these bands on the coil edge to be protect with edge protectors. Coil then to be properly wrapped with water proof/resistant paper, it then to be properly and completely metal wrapped. And each packed coil to be properly wrapped with band, three-six such band through the eye of coil at about equal distance, and two-four such bands securely tied around belly of coil at about equal distance.

工艺流程：原料（冷轧钢卷）→开卷→剪切头尾→ 焊接→碱液喷洗→ 碱液涮洗→ 电解脱脂→水涮洗→一级水洗→ 二级水洗→ 热风干燥→ 入口活套→ 还原退火→ 热浸镀锌→ 锌层控制→ 冷却→ 光整→ 拉伸弯曲矫直→ 钝化→ 烘干→ 出口活套→静电涂油→出口剪切→ 卷取→ 卸卷→ 钢卷称重→ 包装→ 入库。

产品特点：以优良冷轧钢卷为基材，加工性能良好，乃冲压性好。

         锌层厚度均匀，附着力强，加工成型不脱皮，耐腐蚀性好。

         表面光洁，尺寸精确，板面平直，锌花均匀、美观。

          经钝化，涂油处理，在库内短期存储不变质。

         经表面光洁后，是制作防腐涂层板的良好基材。

产品用途：镀锌板产品主要应用于建筑、轻工、汽车、农牧渔业及商业等行业。其中建筑行业主要用于制造防腐蚀的工业及民用建筑屋面板、屋顶格栅等；轻工行业用其制造家电外壳、民用烟囱、厨房用具等，汽车行业主要用于制造轿车的耐腐蚀部件等；农牧渔业主要用做粮食储运、肉类及水产品的冷冻加工用具等；商业主要用作为物资的储运、包装用具等。
