安装
- 安装时地面要求平整，调整清洗机地脚使清洗机处于水平位置，过渡处滑顺无阻卡，链条松紧适度。
- 新设备安装结束后，进行空运转试验，通过调整网带涨紧装置调节链条松紧消除噪音，确保运行平稳。如附图（一）所示调整螺栓，可调距离为150mm。
调试
- 打开进水球阀，向槽中注入介质水，一般高于网带150mm即可.关闭进水球阀，打开喷淋球阀即可进行操作。
- 接通电源，操作电控箱，首先打开电源开关，再打开电机开关查看网带是否反转，如果反转应立即关闭电源，严禁打开风机开关以免造成风机反转烧了电机。
- 电机未运转前严禁转动调速手柄。
打开电源开关，启动电机使输送网带开始运转，再打开风机开关使风机运转形成气泡，加入物料即可进行清洗。
- 使用时如遇紧急情况如：网带卡滞、风机不运转、电机异常等应立即关闭电源进行检修，等一切恢复正常后再重新启动。
注意事项
- 经常检查轴承座螺栓是否松动，涨紧螺栓是否松动。轴承座应每星期加油一次，传动链条也应每星期加黄油一次
- 每星期至少一次检查变速箱油位情况，每月更换一次变速箱油（采用机车齿轮油）。
- 首批产品应进行检测，以确认清洗时间的可行性，如果达不到要求可适当降低输送电机速度，直到达到要求为止。
