FZX-15型防喷器自动翻转系统由翻转机构支撑固定架、液压旋转推拉机构、液压站总成、旋转机构总成及相应的液压控制系统、电子限位控制系统组成,是一套集机械、液压、电子于一体的高新技术新产品。

技术性能:
1. FZX-15型防喷器自动翻转系统承载防喷器重量 0~15000㎏,适用于各种型号、规格尺寸的防喷器的翻转。
2. 翻转系统尽量节省占地面积,设计应考虑结构合理,结实耐用,易损件使用寿命应在两年以上,并尽可能采用常规件,便于维修。
3. 翻转速度应在每分钟1转左右,即半分左右就可翻转过来,以提高翻转效率,同时可实现任意角度及方向的翻转,便于检查及维护。
4. 液压缸推拉能保证行走同步、速度可调
5. 液压系统配双向液压锁,保证防喷器安全可靠翻转,液压站最高控制压力:31.5MPa
6. 系统具有过载、断相自动保护功能及故障自诊断功能
