ZZF系列杂质分离机主要用于分离废纸中的轻重杂质，并对来自碎浆机的浆料进行二次碎解。
   本机集碎解、轻重杂质分离功能于一体，结构紧凑，效率高，可大大简化废纸处理流程，并使设备能够连续运转，降低了能耗。
浆料从槽体前端的进浆口进入槽体，在叶轮作用下高速旋转，并被叶轮进行二次碎解，碎解后的浆料通过叶轮后面的筛板，经过放浆口、浆泵而进入下道工序。部分含有轻杂质的浆料则经过槽体切线方向的轻杂质出口管而进入圆筒筛，进行浆料与轻杂质的分离。槽体下部的重杂质排出管则通过阀门，定期的将沉积在槽体底部的重杂质排出。
   本系列设备与大型水碎及圆筒筛在生产过程中可用PLC进行控制，使其能够连续自动运转。
   The ZZF series impurity sparating machine mainly uses to separate light-heavy paper from waste paper from waste paper and continue to break-up the pulp twice times from the pulp kneader.
   The equipment collects break-up separating light-heavy function in one body ,wh9ch the stucture is compact the efficiency is high ,It may be simply the waste paper processing flow ,and enable the equipment continuous working ,reduce energy consumption.
The pulp enters into the trough from the orifice that is in the front of its body ,It revolves at high speed by the impeller function,the pulp after breaking up,through the sieve plate behind the imp[eller ,will pass the relief pulp orifice and bump to the next working prcedure.The parts including the light impurity pulp enters cylinder sieve through the tangent direction outlet pipe of light impurity .To carry on the pulp and the light impurity separation.Heavy impuity outlet pipe which is under the bottom of trough will overpass the valve ,the sediments of heavy impurity will regularly discharge through the bottom of the trough.
