厚土竹材所生产的竹板材选用的竹材原料以及胶水全都采用达到环保标准，产品全部为欧洲E1级环保竹板、竹材。
产品根据工艺结构不同有平压竹板、侧压竹板、工字竹板、纵横竹板；
根据颜色不同有本色（米白色）、碳化（咖啡色）及斑马色（本色碳化交织）
常规规格有2000*600、2000*500、2200*500，常规厚度有5mm、10mm、12mm、15mm、18mm
客户也可根据自身需求在以下规格尺寸范围内定做：长度≤2550mm、宽度≤1250mm、厚度1.5mm-450mm。
碳化竹板材经过100度高温熏蒸，三个大气压高压炭化处理，脱糖脱脂，杀虫灭菌，
本色竹板材选用新鲜楠竹原材，经过沸水高温蒸煮，充分析出竹材中糖分和脂肪，杀虫灭菌处理．最大程度保证竹板原色．
厚土竹板材是将竹精铣片科学叠加，用环保胶在高温高压状态下集合成不同规格的板材，具有卓越的物理力学性能，其硬度可达32HB（榉木24HB），密度高每cm3达0.79g（榉木0.63g）,抗压强度达1271kg/cm2(榉木≤600kgs),并且具有吸水膨胀系数小、不干裂和不变形的优点。
因此，厚土竹材生产的竹板材以优越的物理性及卓越环保性能作为装修竹板材、包装竹板材、厨房用具竹板材、酒店用具竹板材、化妆用具竹材、家具竹板材、工艺品竹材等得到广泛应用。
