注意事项：
（1） 严禁超载使用，严禁擅自加长手柄使用，严禁用脚蹬踏手柄。
（2） 使用前应检查上、下吊钩是否挂劳，应是载荷加在吊钩的钩腔中央，严禁使用不正确的加载方式；
（3） 应避免链条在尖角上牵引重物，应当用于运输中的物品紧固中，应使手扳葫芦处于与被困物品平行的位置；
（4） 不准野蛮操作，不准把手扳葫芦放置在雨中或很潮湿的地方；
（5） 链条扭转时不准使用，当上、下吊钩的轴颈倾斜角度大于10度时，应替换吊钩。

(5)No twisting.If the vertical angle at the neck of the lop of bosom hook reaches10℃，replace the hook.
