用途：主要适用于棉、麻、玻璃纤维、针织布和梭织布的检验、计长、卷筒或折叠，本机具有袪除布料褶皱功能。
 
工程：
1、机面安装透明有机玻璃，内置灯光透视，卷布通过机面即可检验布匹的质量；配备变频器调速装置，可实现0-40m/min无级调速。
2、设有电子显示计数，测长棍一端装有电子信号发送器，电子计数仪接收并显示数据，能准确测量布匹米数，可自由切换米数与码数显示。
3、采用自卷双棍差速式卷绕，有效保证玻纤布及纤维织物、网格布的卷绕紧度；装有纸管端面活动挡头纠偏器，电子自动对边，有效保护纸管两端不易受损及布面两边整齐。
4、设有张力调节装置，验布时可根据需要自行调节复卷松紧度，如要求对网格布上胶后卷验时需要切边，可在本机上安装切边装置；
5、光电式自动检测布，电眼监控放布，无布自动停机，梳拔卷边布轴，可前卷回卷布料，上下灯盘，电子张力调较，急停开关，万向脚轮及水平调节器。
