Hydraulic system

Meanwhile, it uses the world`s top-class original overload hydraulic pump with a high displacement and hydraulic valve with a big size so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the pump.
◎ The hydraulic circuit adopts the unique high-low pressure filtration system and meanwhile exclusively uses the automatic refueling and bypass circulatory system. This is not only convenient for refueling but also prevents man-made pollution by filtering the new oil so as to ensure the low fault and high reliability of the pump, valve block, motors and fuel tanks.
◎ The unique design of fuel tank and the cooling system of wind and water can ensure the continuous work in the high-temperature environment. The oil temperature does not exceed 75℃
◎ The hydraulic piping selects the seamless steel tube with high-performance and excellent welding technology to ensure non-leakage of the pipe. All the high-pressure hoses adopt the products of American Parker or Aeropuip. Besides, it adopts the unique technology to ensure non-explosion and non-leakage.
◎ The joint of the high-pressure pipeline adopts the new flange linkage which boasts of many good characteristics such as impact-resistance, high strength, no leakage, security and accessibility of assembling.
◎ The adoption of high-pressure accumulator with large-capacity together with its good buffer performance design makes the swing system even more powerful. The swing moment is more than two times of the similar models. This greatly reduces the S valve`s requirements of the medium concrete and also pumps the cushion concrete smoothly in the construction.
◎ The lubrication system of the machine lubricates automatically and operates reliably. The unique lubrication design of concrete cylinder can ensure the low wearing and long life of the concrete cylinder and piston.
Pumping system
◎ The hopper adopts the design of the world`s latest cone-shaped construction to enhance the mobility of the concrete and surplus factor. It can highly increase the inhalation efficiency of concrete to concrete cylinder. This not only improves the pumping efficiency but also lowers the possibility of indirect blocking.
◎ The optimal design of S-tube curve enables the concrete to flow smoothly inside S-tube with low pressure loss. Meanwhile, the wear-resistant steel construction of S-tube with wear-resistant alloys at the bottom of internal chamber ensures the long life of S-tube.
◎ The two-stage adjustable design of the charging hole can release the adjustable pressure of concrete in the pipeline to a maximum degree and therefore reduce the pressure loss of S-tube and pressure concentration of the outlet and highly increase the durability of S-tube`s outlet. Meanwhile, the flange connection of adjustable tube and its outlet can effectively reduce the impact and vibrating of pumping and therefore remove the hidden safety danger of hoop linkage.

The operation system adopts three operational methods such as short-range control, long-distance control and manual control, which not only facilitates on-the-spot construction but also ensures the normal pumping when any two methods break down. Besides, the exigency stop switch can prevent accidents.
◎ The control component uses the Mitsubishi and Schneider-electric which can still work when the switch is nearly damaged.
