Charging
-Use the enclosed USB cable with the original iPhone 4 charging adapter or your computers USB port for charging.
-We strongly suggest the battery case and your iPhone 4 are mated and charged together at all times. You can separate and charge separately if you decide.
-Overnight charging; leave theON/OFFswitch in theONposition. This way both the iPhone 4 and the battery case get charged fully overnight.
ON/OFF Button
Turn theON/OFFswitch to theONposition to turn the power caseon-the same to turn the power caseOFF. Turning the switchONwill allow the iPhone 4 to receive power from the battery case. When turnedON,the iPhone 4’s battery indicator will show either charging(lightning bolt) sign, or the plug sign(indicating the iPhone 4 is drawing power from the case) depending on how fully charged your iPhone 4’s internal battery is. If the iPhone 4’s internal battery is 100% charged, the battery indicator will show a plug sign, if <100% charged it will show a lighten bolt until full charged.
Westronglysuggest you always leave the battery case’sON/OFFbutton in theONposition.
Use as Supplemental Battery (preferred method of use)
-Leave theON/OFFswitchONduring and after charging
-During iPhone 4 use, battery powers will 1st come from the battery case until the battery case’s battery is depleted to <5%, then the iPhone 4 will be powered by its internal battery.
-The iPhone 4 will show 100% charge until the battery case’s INTERNAL 1900mAh supplemental battery is <5% and then iPhone 4 power starts drawing from the iPhone 4’s internal battery.
Use as Battery Charger
-Turn theON/OFFswitchOFFafter charging.
-When iPhone 4 prompts that 20% battery remaining, turn theON/OFFswitchON, the battery case will start charging the iPhone 4’s battery.
-Once the charging is finished, turn the battery caseON/OFFswitch to theOFFposition.
Four LED Lights Indication
Depress the indicator button to illuminate the blue power level status bars. This will tell you how much power is remaining in the battery case.
LED light from right to left:
1 LED's light shine, power=25%.
2 LED's light shine, power=50%.
3 LED's light shine, power=75%.
4 LED's light shine, power=100%.
Sync
When using the battery case with your iPhone 4, you can sync your iPhone 4 to iTunes without removing the battery case using the supplied micro USB/USB charging cable. Before you use sync, please make sure the ON/OFF button is in ON position.
Warning
1. Do not place battery in fire or other excessively hot environments.
2. Be cautious of excessive drops, bumps, abrasions or other impacts to this battery..
3. Do not disassemble this battery or attempt to repair or modify it in any manner.
4.All batteries have gone through thorough quality assurance inspection. If you find that your battery is excessively hot, deformed, abraded, cut, emitting odor, experiencing or demonstrating an abnormal phenomenon, immediately stop all battery use and contact manufacturer.
