FK08B-II型通用密度测量仪是在FK08B-I型的基础上增加了后备电池工作模式,主要针对必须将仪器携带至实验室以外的场所工作的客户.
与传统测量方法和市场上现有常规密度天平/比重天平比较，FK08B型通用密度测量仪具有以下特点：
1、 操作简单：没有繁琐的仪器调节及样品固定等操作，测量结果直接数字显示；无须砝码标定；相对于传统的分析天平类仪器有无可比拟的优势；
2、 样品适应性强：被测物可以是固体（含橡胶、塑料、沥青等）也可是液体（如石油或一般油品）或颗粒状物体；特别对于形状不规则的固体或粘稠、流动性差的液体（如原油、泥浆、煤浆）、能溶解在参比液体中的被测物体，使用该仪器测量具有绝对的优势；
3、量程范围宽，精度高，人为误差少：密度测量范围0.100~22.5 00g/ml(g/cm3)，密度分辨0.001g/ml(g/cm3)；
4、中文、英文或其它语言操作界面可选或定制，提供外贸ODM服务。
